Sorry, the answer is no; we need to wait for your pet to be fully vaccinated.

If we notice fleas on your pet during their visit, we’ll take care of those with a gentle flea shampoo rinse or a fast-acting Capstar pill. To prevent further spread, your pet will be temporarily separated from other pets.

Please note that if fleas or mites are discovered on your dog during our services, a $20 fee will be charged to cover the costs of disinfecting and deep cleaning our store to ensure the health and safety of all dogs.

We don’t recommend this because it would excite your pet and disrupt the grooming process, potentially causing unnecessary harm. However, because our entire wall is glass, you can always see in from the outside.

Our professional team will assess the condition of your pet’s coat and recommend the best service; additional fees will apply, which we will always discuss with you before proceeding, so that you are fully informed and comfortable with the plan.

Our experienced groomers are trained to work with nervous dogs and will take extra care to make your furry baby feel comfortable and relaxed.

Please let us know if your dog has a history of biting or exhibits aggression. In some cases, our groomers may decline to perform a groom if they believe it poses a risk to their or your pet’s safety. It’s best to book for another time.

Absolutely. We only need to wait for one week after their THIRD puppy vaccination to ensure your puppy is fully vaccinated.
