We strictly adhere to New Zealand’s privacy laws (Privacy Act 2020) – only collect the necessary information,  and protect your information with the highest level of privacy and safety.

– Email address is used to send booking information and  reminders.
– Phone number is used in emergency situations and pick-up texts.

– If you can’t find the desired time slots, feel free to call us; because of our free cancellation and rescheduling policy, we occasionally have time slots available.

– If you have two fur babies and book in one or two weeks later, you will most likely schedule the same time twice for both of them because we have two groomers. If you want to book on short notice, feel free to call us; we can help with quick bookings.
